Very disappointed with the overall experience. The block paving was supposed to come with a 2-year guarantee, however the joints were filled with cement instead of the proper sand. Within just a few months the cement started cracking and breaking away. I contacted him about the issue roughly a month ago but unfortunately there has been no response or effort to come back and fix the problem. I believe that is more than enough time to arrange a solution. The roof cleaning itself was done reasonably well and the gutters were also cleared properly. The block paving initially looked clean after the pressure washing, but the strong jets appear to have removed the jointing sand and it was never replaced correctly. Now several areas of the paving are starting to move and sink which is very concerning. Fixing this will likely cost me a significant amount of money. The windows were also not cleaned to a good standard and no one contacted me afterwards to arrange a revisit or correct the work. Overall quite frustrating as I expected a more professional service and for the guarantee to actually mean something.

Not happy. 2 year guarantee block paving filled in with a cement. Failed in 4 months. Not responding now to resolve the issue. I informed him around 1 month ago. That is sufficient time to rectify. Roof cleaned ok Gutters cleaned well Block paving cleaned well but cement failed. Seems like the paving has moved due to the powerful jets removing the sand and nit being replaced. THE BLOCK PAVING IS SINKING WILL COST HUNDREDS TO RECTIFY Windows not cleaned properly also didn’t contact me to arrange an appointment to rectify.
