Data sent automatically by your browser You aren't required to submit personal details to search our listings, and no account is needed. Even so, every visit causes your browser to automatically transmit standard technical information to our servers, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you looked at, which we log purely to keep the service running and secure.

Your rights under UK law The UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 give you the right to access the data we hold, have it corrected or erased, and object to how it's used; you can exercise these rights by emailing us at the address above, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If a complaint about our handling of your data isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Source of our installer listings Solar installers, battery storage providers and maintenance firms listed on this site, along with their reviews, have been gathered from publicly available Google Maps data, which we periodically review and update. Any installer wanting a correction or removal of their listing can email us to arrange it, and we deal with such requests promptly.

Some advertising partners, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing interests across this and other sites. You can manage or opt out of these preferences at myadcenter.google.com, and cookies can also be controlled through your browser.

Links to other websites Pages here link to the websites of listed solar businesses and to Google Maps. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites once you leave ours, so we would recommend checking their own policies before providing any details.
