Bright Energy Yorkshire

From the initial assessment through to the finished installation, customers of this Sheffield firm describe a smooth and well-organised process. Solar panels, air source heat pumps and internal wall insulation form the core of the work reviewed, often delivered together as a combined package. The helpfulness and expertise of AJ is singled out by more than one reviewer, whose guidance is presented as a particular strength. Reviews regularly refer to the polite and considerate manner of the installation team, who keep disruption to a minimum while working in the home. Tidiness and speed are recurring points, with jobs completed promptly and properties left clean and orderly.

Reliability is another theme, the company being characterised as dependable and professional throughout. Grant-funded work features in several accounts, including insulation installed at no cost alongside free solar provision. Customers also note feeling informed and supported before, during and after the work, and the breadth of knowledge across renewable heating and insulation is a point that comes up often. One household expressed gratitude for the internal insulation that made their home warmer, and another welcomed a complete package of energy measures delivered without complication.
