Direct Solar Services Ltd receives consistent praise from its customers for the speed, efficiency and tidiness of its work. The quality of the finished installation is a recurring theme, with reviewers drawing attention to the neatness of the wiring in particular. One account notes that a single, well-shielded cable runs to the inverter. The same customer commends the team for fitting nineteen 460W panels, an 8.7kWp array, across both slopes of a steep, three-storey semi-detached townhouse roof within a single October day, a result that surpassed what the original developer had managed on comparable new builds.

Several reviewers describe the care taken to clean up afterwards, leaving the property in good order once the job was complete. The service is characterised as highly professional from start to finish, and customers express pleasure with both the system and the standard of workmanship. One account thanks the installers directly for making the whole experience an enjoyable one. Praise centres on punctuality, efficiency and the tidy finish of the installation, with satisfaction expressed about the completed system and the neatness of the work.
