A great company and team to deal with. Jay was my first point of contact at HPSI and had all the technical knowledge about the company's products to answer my questions; this was followed by a site visit, when Jay patiently explained everything and laid out the most effective solution for our situation. The installation process went smoothly for us - the installation team worked two long days to complete the installation, and were skilled and equipped to deal with all the little quirks our older house threw at them. The system itself is easy to operate and it feels good to finally be free of out old oil fired boiler. Luke has been a great help throughout the quotation, invoicing and post installation stages, making sure I had everything I needed promptly. Happy to recommend this company.

Had our annual service done at our home in Aberdeenshire. The heating system had been upgraded a couple of years ago to include a heat pump. Luke was on time to do the servicing, was quick and efficient. He took the time to answer my random questions about the system. Very happy with the service and the peace of mind it has given us.
