Easy to use website with plenty of choice of products at excellent prices. I sought advice and it was quickly forthcoming. Placed an order and received prompt acknowledgement together with delivery advice. Despatch was from stock and arrived within 24 hours. Pallet arrived in good condition and no damage ( great care taken in packaging!) when delivered. I had the opportunity to examine thoroughly and could have rejected if necessary. Overall 100% satisfied and would buy from ITS again / recommend to others.

We sourced all our equipment through ITS, who also recommended our installers, Ian and Dan. The service and support from ITS throughout the entire process have been absolutely spot on. They provided fantastic advice, ensuring we got the exact right equipment for our complex, non-standard setup (twin 15 kW inverters, battery storage, and additional panels). Their knowledge and customer service are top-notch, and their ongoing support has been brilliant. If you’re looking for high-quality solar/storage equipment backed by a team that genuinely knows their stuff and recommends excellent installers, I can’t recommend ITS enough!

This is my third order with ITS Technologies. That should tell you something before I start. On all three occasions, I have drawn on Jonathan’s expertise and benefitted from market leading prices. Equally Abigail is the pillar of logistics and customer service. Put simply, I would not go anywhere else for my solar and batteries needs and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone in the market for their products and services.

Initially the purchase process was positive, I ordered a 6kw inverter, and 9kwh battery with EPS or Gateway supplied from ITS to be installed once the DNO gets approved. I have the invoice stating that the Gateway or EPS is included in the price as stated on the AD, and queried this. The order arrived quickly, but no Gateway or EPS was in the shipment. I since queried this and Johnathan has stated that they have never included this with the order, as they are "very expensive". If I want this it is now an add on at extra cost. The order was placed 6 weeks ago, and no intallation date has been scheduled. Starting to regret my purchase, and question the company and its positive reviews. TO BE UPDATED................

We’ve now purchased two Pylontech batteries (US3000 in 2023, US5000 in 2026 from ITS and each time their customer service has always been excellent. Shipping has been pain free with both items arriving undamaged and bang on time. Thank you so much

Very good company. Has the best prices for renewables around and good stock, easy to use website. They are also on top of logistics when delivering large and bulky items like Solar panels. I ordered 10 panels, at a very good price. All arrived unmarked and not damaged. Unfortunately, they don't have a good range of mounting kits for metal roofs, where Voltacon Solar had better options for me.

ITS Technologies, has been great through out the purchase of the Libbi system. Started with an online video call with a technician who went through the whole process and understood what I was after and gave me some good advice and answered all my questions about the process. So very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for solar or adding just batteries to your existing system.
