Excellent service from John from Minel Energy. His engineers came out to replace a failed solar inverter for me and were absolutely top-tier. Highly professional, efficient, and left the workspace immaculate. The new Solis system is performing perfectly. Highly recommend their services for any solar or battery work! They also reacted quickly so I was not left without solar for longer than necessary. I would recommend without reservation.

Great service from Minel Energy repairing our damaged solar panels. From talking to John Wade who instantly understood the problem, we felt confident to use this company. The scaffolding company and the workers who repaired the system were punctual and efficient. The repair only took one day and we were generating electricity straight away. We would recommend this company to anyone experiencing problems with their solar panels.

I was really happy with the work that the Minel group did in replacing my Inverter last year, and bird proofing my PV cells this year. I found them to be professional to deal with, and each time the work was completed efficiently. Although pigeons are still 'hanging around', as I was told they would, they are no longer able to build their nests underneath the panels, and cause damage. I am happy to recommend the Minel group - 4*'s, not 5, as it was expensive.

From start to finish I was impressed with the information and level of service provided by John and his team at Minel Energy. John provided me with clear options and detailed information and let me decide which was right for me - I never felt that I was sold the system rather I bought the solar panel system. John was able to answer my questions and I was impressed by the fact that the team installing the system carried out the site survey so they knew exactly how the system could be installed. The installation team were very experienced and professional and the installation over 3 roofs was carried out in a few hours and the electrical team then connected the system to our house. Once complete, John quickly provided the information needed to apply for the smart export guarantee. I've just had solar panels fitted by Minel Energy and have been very pleased throughout the whole process. I dealt with John Wade who was very helpful and not pushy (which was a big plus for me as I hate hard sales). The cost was very competitive and installation went very smoothly. Took about half a day for the panels (10) to be installed on the roof. The electrician fitted an invertor in my loft and whilst he had a tough job getting the cabling routed through to my consumer unit there were no complaints and everything was very tidily done.

Just had 8 pv panels fitted, at a very competative price, dealt with by knowledgeable, competent and courteous professionals,thanks again to John and the lads.

We had solar panels and a battery installed. Very happy with the service we received both from John co-ordinating and advising on the phone to the electricians and roofers installing the system. Quick response to our initial enquiry and excellent communication throughout. We never felt under pressure but were given good advice to get the system that suited us. After the installation was complete the paperwork we required to change to an electricity supplier that would pay us for excess electricity generated came very promptly. Thanks Minel !
