We asked Naked Solar Ltd to install 16 solar panels, and a Tesla Powerwall, based on the level of confidence we had for the proposal, installation plan and warranty. This came from discussing our requirements with Zach, in the Newquay HQ and the on site survey conducted by Joe from the Bristol Hub. The 2 day installation by the team from the Bristol Hub went smoothly and without any issues that we were aware of. The team were very professional, keeping us informed at each stage of the installation and did an excellent job of offering advice and guidance to ensure we would get the maximum benefit from the system. At the time of this review, the system has been operating for 4 weeks while UK experiences a heatwave. It’s therefore probably not unexpected that PV generation is significantly better than the predicted. A very welcome surprise! The staff at Naked Solar Ltd know their stuff and were excellent ‘ambassadors’ for the company. We would particularly like to thank the team from the Bristol Hub. They were easy to host and a pleasure to have working in and around the house during the installation. Without hesitation we would recommend Naked Solar Ltd to anyone considering a solar and storage installation.
Excellent experience with Naked Solar for my Tesla Powerwall + Backup install. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. From the planning phase to final handover, Joe and the brilliant Bristol installation crew were thorough and always kept me updated. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks!
We had Naked Solar install a Solar set up, along with a Powerwall and Gateway back in April, here in Gloucestershire. From the very first contact, to the completion and hand over, the whole process has been fabulous and can not be faulted. There seems so many " fly by nights" in the solar industry who come and go. But the fact that Naked have been around for many years is testament to their knowledge and professionalism. Very happy with the performance and design of the system also. Feels wonderful to have not paid a penny in electric since our installation was completed at the start of May
