I received a scratched PV 200w panel and i've had nothing but excuses and procrastination in dealing with my request to return the panel. They seem deliberately in denial about UK consumer rights for those buying online. Incase you don't know you have a 14 day 'cooling-off period' which allows you to request a return and refund without any specific reason. Yet all I get is excuses and further demands for information weeks after I started this process. I would recommend caution if you are considering making an online order with this company.
