Simple Solar

Great friendly and affordable service. Needed bird guards put around my solar panels and the guys at simple Solar got the job done with minimal fuss and really friendly service. Would highly recommend.

On being turned down by one of the ‘big’ companies and told we need a bespoke solar system we looked around and just happened to see Simple Solar at the Devon County Show. On chatting to the team there we were impressed by the systems they showed us and decided to have someone come to our property and give us a no obligation quote. Dave, who we had met at the show came in and went through everything with us, We were impressed with what we saw and decided to go ahead. Without writing a book, everything went ahead in the timescale agreed. Scaffolding, roofers to fit the panels, electricians and the scaffolding removed. An excellent job done all round, savings on electricity seen immediately on the system going live. All the documents and certificates received after fitment, just waiting for one more document to arrive that we need to send to our electricity supplier so we can sell excess electricity back to the grid. (This is from a third party not Simple Solar). We would like to thank all involved. The scaffolding team and roofers sorry can’t name them. Everyone at the office we spoke to were extremely helpful. The electricians, James, Robbie and Casey were excellent and did a wonderful tidy job we were very impressed. Josh and Angel also worked really hard up on the roof fitting the bird netting on an extremely sunny and hot day and were still smiling when they finished. And not forgetting Dave, first met at the Devon Show who got us started on the solar journey. I would 100% recommend this friendly, efficient Company.

Lovely young man came to maintain solar panels, he was efficient and polite. Can’t fault the lovely girl Rose on the phone either , nothing was too much trouble and she was so understanding to our work patterns and disabilities. Would recommend highly.

The team from Simple Solar have done a terrific job on my new system. With a challenging time frame and cable run, John, James, Will and Casey did an excellent job installing panels, inverter and battery in a single day. The workmanship appears to a very high standard and the instructions were very well explained. Thank you, if I need anymore, I will definitely come back.

I had wanted to install Solar panels and batteries for years, but always been skeptical of the guys who came to quote - felt like sales pirates. These guys have been grounded, technical, and clear about the job - From start to finish Simple Solar have been excellent. Recommend to anyone.

When I enquired about a solar installation, I was under the impression of a four to six week wait, but from quote acceptance to installation I only had to wait a little over 2 weeks! On installation day, all of the team were slick and professional, causing minimum disturbance and mess. On completion, James ran through the whole system for me so I had a basic understanding of how the whole system works. They have even done the preparatory work for the heat pump coming in 2 weeks time! The system has been up and running for around 3 hours, and I'm already saving!! Massive thanks to James, Will, John & the rest of the team for a great job.

The whole experience from conception to completion of the installation of our solar panels and battery system went seamlessly, thanks to Simple Solar's great team. Everyone turned up, on time when they said they would (unlike many contractors I have experienced in the past), and worked extremely hard to get the installation completed on time. Every thing is working well and we are extremely pleased with our system. We can highly recommend Simple Solar.
