Excellent service from start to finish. Edward took the time to explain the quotation in detail, answered all of my questions, and never put me under any pressure to make a decision. I compared several quotes before choosing them, and their customer service and after-sales support made all the difference. On installation day, David was there to make sure everything went smoothly and took the time to explain how the solar and battery system worked, including the app, before he left. I had a minor battery calibration issue after installation, and David came back promptly and resolved it within half a day. Professional, reliable, and great aftercare. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David, Edward, and the team.

Fantastic work and service from start to finish David was absolutely brilliant explaining everything. He customised the sola and batteries for our house with our needs. We lose our electricity with power cuts in our village on a regular basis. He advised us that we needed a gateway to switch the power instantly over to battery in the event of this. This worked perfectly the day after fitting with our neighbourhood getting a power cut and we didn’t. All in all perfect system great workmen fitted and working when they said it was going to be.

The solar and battery company recently fitted a solar system and Ev charger at our property . The service was first class. I had 9 solar panels and a storage battery installed during October. The whole process from the design of the system, through reporting of costs and benefits, to the installation, went very smoothly. Edward and David were professional and helpful, and always available to answer my questions.

David was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and committed to providing a perfect solution to meet our rather unusual needs. After lots of faffing around with Electricity Providers we managed to find a route through our specific issues and ended up with a great solution that can make the most of low cost (and sometimes free!) electricity whilst powering our home as normal.
