Ben, Adam and the team were brilliant. We wanted to add more panels to our existing system. After a visit look at our property, we received a detailed upgrade plan to maximise our solar energy. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently to double our output. Very good quality work and no mess left behind. Excellent expert & rapid service from Ben, Adam & team. Ben helped us organise a 2nd GivEnergy battery & Adam & Henry installed it with Ben going the extra mile to finalise the installation. From start to finish in about a week and a complex situation to resolve. Highly recommended and Ben helped us with advice on our EV charger that was misbehaving. Excellent communication throughout.
We had Solar Source Electrical installation a battery to our existing PV panel set up. We're really impressed with them from our first contact when Ben took us through the options and recommended set up, to installation when Ben & Adam were very efficient and attentive and post-installation, checking regularly that everything's is working ok. We would highly recommend them!
Ben , quoted and installed a Zappi car charger into an existing solar and battery setup (Fox ess). When it was difficult to even get quotes. Ben quoted for henley blocks in the electrical meter box to blind the charger to the home batteries, installed an external consumer - approx 40 - 45m of cabling to an external garage and zappi install. Ben managed to source a suitable 17mm cable to fit into existing trunking to the garage and avoided the need for any trenching etc across the garden which was great. All in all a tidy install. The installers also integrated the zappi on to my existing myenergi app. Happy with the result. Please see photos of main install areas.
Solar Source Electrical were very good at helping us make the right decisions about what we wanted. Positioning the charger was important and we took time to try different options until we arrived at the right solution for us. They were totally reliable about arriving when they said they would and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They have also been very patient in answering queries after installation to make sure everything is working to capacity. Excellent service!
Ben came several times to sort out the solar system on my Barge. He very patiently worked his way through the options and it and works great now!
