From the initial letter to final installation I have found the project thoroughly well executed and therefore painless.

It has been a great decision. The quote, planning and installation was completely stressfree and straightforwards. The app is really easy to use and it is very satisfying to know that we are generating our own power even on mildly grey days.

Survey was carried out promptly. Full explanation of installation. Installation date agreed. The work was carried out professionally and any issues were resolved. The company chrcked the work and made a slight adjustment to bring it to their required standard. Thoroughly recommended.

The whole Solar Together process was very well explained and managed. This led to a great experience and only enhanced the original benefits of being part of the scheme. ER Renewables were excellent to deal with and customer care was second to none. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I started the process with Solar Together at the end of July, and by The 8th of September, - 12 Panels with Battery / Inverter fully operational and all scaffolding removed. Communication with both ST and the Installer EE Renewables (the tradesmen installing the equipment very professional and polite) went very smoothly, and despite a small accident to my Patio, I am very happy with the installation - after 4 weeks all appears to be running smoothly, and the Fox App detailing daily Stats very informative, although still a bit of learning to understand all the App details - nearly there. Now just waiting on Scottish Power to accept my DNO for surplus hand off to the Grid.

Flawless organisation, setup and implementation from start to finish. Very pleased. Well done team! Very happy to recommend. The service was great, and the solar panels are working incredibly well, even better than I expected. Recommended.

The price was extremely competitive and Solar Together were very good. We checked the review for the installer who won the contract before we signed up to check that they were OK as well. The installer rushed the survey which simply seemed to be a measuring exercise with a drone. They then wanted to charge us extra for looking at the roof and making sure it was suitable for solar panels - I pointed out that that was supposed to have been done in the survey they had conducted and that the surveyor seemed to have no idea of the issues that having a slate roof on a very old cottage might cause. TBF they then sent out their special slate roof installers and the process could not have been more smooth. We had a minor problem with the recording equipment after six months and ST sorted it out quickly and all is now good. The app is particularly helpful to see useage and is easy to use.
