Volks Energy

Volks Energy is a solar installation company based in Brighton. It specialises in installing solar panels and battery storage, and also provides solar panel installation, design and maintenance. Volks Energy states it is MCS Certified and fully insured, and claims guaranteed savings on energy bills.

Depth of technical knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy run through the feedback left for Volks Energy. Gavin and Paul are named for the way they explained solar technology, fielding numerous questions during the initial consultation and continuing to offer guidance well after the installation had been completed. That readiness to advise rather than simply sell is a point that comes up often and appears to have given customers confidence in their choice of company. The finished system is reported to work well and to deliver substantial savings, while the service itself is described as friendly and fast.

Several reviewers describe the team's expertise and the ease of communication before and after the job, noting that queries were handled helpfully at every stage. The company's passion for renewable energy solutions is frequently referenced, with customers characterising the approach as knowledgeable and focused on their needs rather than on a quick sale. A combination of technical skill and a personable, responsive manner is what clients repeatedly return to when describing their experience of the installation and the support that followed it.
