The 21 degree installers did a great job explaining the work and were super efficient completing the work. I would recommend without hesitation as the work was completed as per schedule including the date for the install by the scaffolders who were also very professional too. As a customer who recommended this company to quite a few neighbours and gave them business, I would no longer recommend this company to anyone. If your battery breakdown it’s no longer their problem. Our battery has been broken for the past 8 months, failing a replacement in November and we are supposedly getting another replacement in March. No compensation or exchange for a a different brand. You are on your own to sort it out with the battery company. They will provide only provide their customer service until the installation and will provide the worst service you will ever experience if your battery fails. If I could give 0 stars I would.
