Tech was on time very pleasant and very good but the finding of your company was not straight forward especially as you keep changing your name. Why do you not contact your customers to remind them that their service is due.

I am leaving this review until our problem gets sorted. The company were efficient at installing, and they said that they had great aftercare. We have had the solar for over a year and it’s currently not working anywhere near as well as it did last winter. It’s 70% less efficient. We send an email a week to try and get the aftercare that we were promised and we just get replies saying ‘we are doing everything we can, but we are waiting for fox to get back to us on why it’s not working properly’ This has been going on for 5 weeks. The last email got no reply. I would honestly be wary going with these guys as we are paying for electricity and have been for over a month. The system isn’t working and there doesn’t seem to be anything happening at all. (EDIT) They have fixed the issue. One week ago. This took them over 4 months to sort out and the only reason that it was sorted is because we raised an official complaint and to them we were taking them to court. Our interactions with this company have been abysmal. They ignored emails, fobbed us off and only responded when we were getting increasingly agitated. The final straw is that they kept telling us that they were attempting to do something about it, but never got back to us. Then, when we finally raised a complaint with the management, we had an immediate reply saying that it was getting sorted. Borderline criminal organisation.

Great service all the fitters were excellent going above and beyond to make the installation of our air source heat pump system as painless as possible. They were always polite, considerate and helpful. Great service many thanks.

John came to quote us on a ASHP system several months back, which I'm happy to say has just been completed by a team from both Norwich and Colchester. He was really thorough, tuned in and thoughtful about the design, in no way pushy but gave us everything we needed to press go on a fairly big decision. Shout out too to Lisa for all her help in the office too. Thanks!

I recently had 11 solar panels fitted on my house. The whole proses was very easy from getting a quote to having the guys over and installing. The fitters were very professional and friendly with jolly banter creating a nice atmosphere and making it fun to have them around. I would defiantly recommend this company. They took the trouble of coming out to my house to measure and quote and have a chat about what I wanted. Where as other companies like octopus just gave me a quote in a email, which was thousands of pounds more expensive and fewer panels. Thanks 21 degrees team, Sam

Have recently had a new air source heat pump installed. The service received has been first class . The after care service is excellent. Sam and Tom went above and beyond what was expected of them. Nothing was too much trouble. They take the time to explain things to you so that you understand how the system works. I would most certainly recommend this company. Thank you
