After many quotes and visits from various Solar Companies I decided to opt for Actismart Ltd. Will came out on time and was polite and courteous and carried out a thorough survey both using a drone as well as checking the internals of the roof, including joist spacing etc. I had a few issues post install but these were sorted out and I was kept updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. The key to a good company is always how they deal with you after you have parted with your hard earned cash. Needless to say Actismart Ltd have never made me feel as though I cant approach them for any issues/advise post install. I would recommend this company 100% Well done lads. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely 10/10 service from start to finish No hard sell or overly complicated sales pitch like some other companies. The whole team were polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The install was slick and the guys worked with speed and accuracy despite the spring temperatures. Explanation of how to use the app and set up the next steps was simple, thorough and I’m looking forward to seeing further financial gains. I couldn’t recommend the team at Actismart enough. I’m so so happy that I agreed to meet with Vincenzo the surveyor. I had already decided on another provider but thought I would go through the motions. They were so polite in contacting me and and making an appointment that suited me. The survey was time well spent as there was information provided that I hadn’t thought of or been made aware of. After Vincenzo left I felt a huge relief that I hadn’t gone ahead with another competitor. I felt a great confidence in Actismart and the people who are so knowledgeable and passionate about their business. Their promise on installation date and timings were spot on. Jake was so polite and explained everything to me and I felt at ease with his explanations and quality of work. Jay popped over to give Jake a hand and made a recommendation to me regarding my old inverter that turned out to be priceless. He made perfect sense and also very very generously agreed a slight amendment to the works and aided me in a more efficient set-up. When the hand over was complete I knew I had done the right thing in choosing Actismart. They’re not just another business, they’re the business that we customers are seeking.To provide a decent product and a belief in both their products and themselves and then deliver. Their customer service is both exemplary and genuine. I would thoroughly recommend this company without any hesitation. Very happy with the installation of our Solar panels, battery and gateway. Right from the visit from Will where he went through and explained it all. Carried out a detailed onsite review of the house and submitted the proposal through to the installation that was completed all in one day. The team were very polite and professional and left no mess behind. Would certainly recommend them.

Actismart have been excellent all the way through the installation process and beyond. My husband is an electrician and was extremely impressed with the work they have done. They have been massively helpful with trying to sign up for the SEG payback scheme (which the utility company has not made very easy to apply for). I would highly recommend Actismart - Thank you.
