I found Baskett Electrical after trying for several weeks to find someone to help me. They replied very quickly and within a few days had quoted for the work which was also carried out promptly and at a fair price. The team that carried out the work were very professional and worked together well. They were very versatile as well - many skills shared. Towards the end we ran out of time but one of the guys volunteered to work on a Sunday to complete the work and stayed until 8 p.m. to finish off!!! Well done everybody a great job which took a lot of pressure off of us. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs a team that actually cares about their work . . .

Sam, Dylan and the entire team were so friendly and knowledgeable from the quote at the beginning all the way through to the job completion. We had an electric car charge point installed and due to our location we had to have a trench dug. The quality of the work is 1st class and everything was completed on time despite significant challenges that were totally out of their control. Everything was left clean and tidy and I am absolutely thrilled with the charger! I can’t recommend this company enough, really top class and I won’t use anyone else in the future. 16 Solar panels and Tesla powerwall 3 with home backup installed very quickly and professionally from the first contact with Sam to discuss our requirements and giving us 3 different products to choose with the pros and cons. Scaffolding went up and the installation started on the Tuesday and fully finished and commissioned by Thursday morning. The site was left clean and tidy after they had finished and all cables are neat and straight. Very highly recommend.

Very happy with the service from Baskett Electrical Ltd. There was a very short lead in time for having our electric charge point fitted and Charlotte was very easy to communicate with. Jack did a great job of installing the charger and was mindful of our need to have as much wiring as possible, hidden. The charge point itself was also placed discreetly and Jack was very helpful with guidance through the app features once I had installed it on my IPhone .

This is one of the best companies for customer service that we have used. Charlotte in the office got back to us very quickly with quotations and once we accepted the quote she got the ball rolling for the work to be carried out and arranged Jack to visit and carry out our EV charger installation. Jack arrived on time, was very friendly and polite and kept us informed of everything that he was doing. A very neat and tidy job was done and we are very pleased with the outcome. Thankyou so much if we ever need an electrician in the future we will be giving you a call!!!

The team recently fitted a solar panel system, battery and car charger on our house. They where brilliant from start to finish. They advised on the best setup, the fitting was done very efficiently and then they have been great following up with a couple of minor issues that have now been sorted. Very happy with teh job.
