Had one of those unnerving moments when my car wouldn’t start due to flat battery, with an afternoon medical appointment. Needn’t have worried. Called battery solutions York and John was out within the hour with a replacement battery. Allowed me to get to my appointment on time. I later had the situation where the car was unused for months at a time leading to potentially flat batteries. John suggested a trickle feeder battery charger. No more flat batteries. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a professional service . Can highly recommend John

This is a very well-deserved review that I’ve been meaning to write for a long time. I first contacted John back in 2022/23 , and ever since then he has been incredibly helpful. Even when fully booked or limited with travel, he has always tried to assist us same day. He has helped us out in both smaller issues and emergencies with battery changes, jump starts, and call-outs, and even looked after our battery for over six months free of charge and the list goes on. He spent a generous amount of time on the phone listening to the problems and giving advice. As today,I called him just before 9,he called me back soon after he just opened and was here within an hour and I have no doubt the car will be ready in no time. That level of kindness and dedication is rare. John is very approachable, patient (I’m honestly amazed he’s still so cheerful after dealing with us cpuntless amount of times), friendly and hardworking .Most importantly, he is a genuinely kind person who truly cares about his customers especially the ones who may find these kind of situations more challenging. He clearly loves his job and he is very helpful. Top-notch service. I’m beyond grateful
