Ben was responsive and professional in sorting out a meter issue, according to a customer account for this London operation. The review points to fault resolution on electrical supply as the concrete piece of work described, with the named individual attending to the problem and dealing with it in a prompt and capable manner.

The business is listed as an electrical installation service, an electrician and a service establishment, categories that frame the metering work within a broader electrical trade rather than solar panel installation alone. The account concentrates entirely on the meter fault and the way Ben handled it, which remains the clearest indication of the work undertaken.
