After contacting Bowler regarding an MCS form error from 2011. They were helpful over the phone and had a couple of conversations. Frustrated I contacted MCS directly, which I could from the start. And they knew nothing of my inquiry. A quick contact from Bowler would have saved a couple of weeks wasted. Very pleasant but ultimately not very effective. No big deal as am now dealing with it myself.

We delivered three confirmed commercial site surveys exactly as agreed. At the start of the engagement, they stated they were happy to pay for two introductions. Based on our records, this was agreed verbally. Once we fulfilled our side and the invoice became due, communication from their end stopped. Messages went unanswered and they exited all shared group chats. We also hold documentation that, in our view, several actions during the engagement did not align with the terms we believed were agreed. Efforts to resolve the matter professionally were met with complete silence, which was especially difficult as we had already paid our internal team based on the agreement. Based solely on our experience, we would not personally recommend trusting them with roofing or solar work, as the communication, reliability, and follow-through we encountered did not give us confidence in their approach to projects or partnerships. Efficient process and Andrew managed the project swiftly from start to finish. Scaffolders, roofers and electrical team a pleasure to work with Happy with the results so far, monitoring and exporting to Octopus was straightforward.

We had been interested in solar panels for some time and looked into the local council supported scheme. We have a Victorian semi and only have a flat roof for solar panels and no attic (because of a loft conversion) for a battery and we did not feel happy with what we were offered. Through recommendation of friends we got in touch with Bowller who carried out a survey very promptly and explained what could be done for our house. We found that the roofers and electricians who came to do the work were excellent. In particular the electricians were very respectful of our property and carried out the work very neatly and to a high standard. There were some minor problems after installation but communication with Bowller was easy and the problems were solved rapidly. We are delighted with how the system works and would recommend Bowller very highly.

All round good experience, thanks. Good design advice at the beginning so roof arrangement looks better than it could have. All fitted excellently and helpfully worked around long running house renovation.
