Bright Sky Solar installed 12 solar panels and a battery. From start to finish the service was first class. Steve took time to understand my requirements and provided great advice and was happy to continue discussing options without any pressure until we got a proposal I was happy with. Once I'd agreed to proceed, the installation was completed in less than 2 weeks from the date of order, and throughout that time Steve & Teresa continued to keep me informed on an almost daily basis. The installation itself was done on 2 of the hottest days of the summer and the installation team were excellent despite the scorching temperatures. Following installation Steve & Teresa kept me fully informed on progress as they chased the DNO to get the final approval for the system. From the moment we spoke to Steve until the handover at the end everything went perfectly. Steve did a comprehensive survey and a very detailed quotation, which was explained to us. 17 solar panels to go with our Tesla battery installed over two days by two very professional, respectful and polite chaps. Scaffolding was up and down very quickly and everything was delivered to site as scheduled. Teresa is very efficient in the office and managed the paperwork beautifully. The panels were installed alongside our air source heat pump. We are delighted with everything and have been off-grid over this lovely sunny period. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely, and already have.

From the initial contact with Steve, delivery and construction of the scaffolding, together with the installation of the Solar Panels, the communication from all parties was excellent and professional as well as the short timescale from order. Professional, skilled, calm, and clearly proud of his work. Between the two of them, the whole thing felt effortless. I’ll also admit I threw a few curveballs into the mix during the installation — a couple of last-minute changes and questions that they would’ve been totally justified in being a bit frustrated about. But to their credit, they took everything completely in their stride. No stress, no attitude — just solutions. They adapted without fuss and still delivered an excellent end result. All in all, it’s been a genuine five-star experience. A great system, beautifully installed, and top-class service from start to finish. After all the research I did, I can say with total confidence that choosing this company was absolutely the right decision. Highly recommended.

Steve readily replied to queries asap and came round to discuss things in person when a call would have probably sufficed . Thanks again Steve for the installation of my Givenergy system nearly 4 years ago. No issues in all that time, highlighting a top installation.
