Team helped us design and complete a full central heating system refit, with Heat Pump, Solar Panels and EV Charger and put up with our issues (multiple changes due to problems arising from building work, extended delays due these issues, adding in underfloor to the design midway through, plus our changing budgets) and have been helpful, informative and friendly throughout.

We recently had an Air source heat pump system installed along with new radiators and batteries. The Celtic Green energy company provided excellent service, their workmanship is exemplary and they ensured there was minimum disruption to our property. This has made a great difference to the heating of our property and constant supply of hot water. As a result we have seen a remarkable change in our daily electricity consumption and reduced costs using the Octopus Cosy Tariff. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in promoting installation of an Air source heat pump by them.

Celtic Green Energy installed a MVHR system in our house. Great work by Jeremy, Dan and the rest of the team. Price was received quickly and was thorough. Questions were answered promptly. Despite the attic being very hot on some days the team worked well. Carpet protection was put down and care taken. The work was supposed to take two weeks but took longer since the team got diverted to another job. While this did not cause us problems, prior notification of days of absence would have been appreciated. The unit app stopped working a week or so after installation but has since resumed. System appears to work well. Early days though.

Celtic Green Energy did a great job. Clear advice and pricing. First class installation. Left the place clean and tidy. The system is now performing as expected and saving me money. Perfect.

Celtic Green Energy came to connect 3 solar thermal panels on my roof in November 2023. Julian came once for half a day, said he need more connectors and left. He never came back despite me arranging 2 more dates when his office said he would come. He didn’t turn up despite me calling on the day. I sent several more emails to try and resolve this. Eventually I found another company to complete the job. In February 2025 Celtic Green Energy contacted me saying I owed them money. They sent several menacing emails saying they had left tools in my loft and that I owed them £350 for them. They caused me so much aggravation, and they behaved unprofessionally. Don’t use them.

We had solar panels and battery system fitted about a year ago. Installation was very quick and easy and we were told any problems and they were just a phone call away to help but the after sales service is awful. I had to chase them with several messages and phone calls a few months after installation to get the paperwork to register the system with our electric company ( they blamed a change of staffing) I eventually got the paperwork we needed but missed 3 months of potential earning by exporting. Their technical support is a joke, no one answers this option when you phone and if you leave a message nobody gets back to you. I rang last week to ask for help with something and rang the sales line so I could actually speak to someone. The guy who answered the phone said he would get an electrician to ring me, I’ve given up waiting as it’s not going to happen and got help elsewhere now.
