Outstanding service from Creativ Energy. From the initial survey through to final installation, the whole process took just under a month. The team was professional, extremely efficient, and comprehensive in their approach. I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. Highly recommended!

We were a referral so benefitted from a £200 bonus payment as did our friends who referred us. The sales process was straightforward and not at all pushy. Installation was quick (2 days) and neat and tidy. We have benefited from reducing our electricity costs from £100 to around £25per month (which is mostly EV charging). This was is then entirely offset by the export earnings. Given this is a summer installation it won’t be like this all year but it’s a great start to the solar journey. Top tip-If you already have an EV charger make sure it’s solar compatible, ours is at a hardware level but not at the user level (thanks Hive) so we can’t benefit from practically free EV charging sadly and neither the car or the charger is compatible with the best Octopus tariff. Our solar system can’t talk to our charger but do investigate that if you are planning to install an EV charger after a solar installation to be even more efficient. Would thoroughly recommend Solar as the way forward with Creativ Energy.

This company is extremely disappointing. They advertise that they will install solar panels for free, but this is misleading because you are actually required to make monthly payments. In reality, the installation is not free at all. They are also extremely unreliable. They arranged appointments with me on two separate occasions and failed to turn up both times. Before each appointment, they insisted that both my wife and I be present, so we both took the time to be available, only to be completely let down without any explanation or courtesy. The combination of misleading advertising, poor communication, and repeated failure to attend appointments demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

From Sales rep to installation, it has been a great experience with the Creative Energy so far. They were very help full through out the process and kept me informed about each stage of the installation. There were no pushy sale techniques or rushing me to sign the contract. However, after installation there were some delays in sending me the MCS certificate which is required to get on SEG energy plan - I had to chase HomeTree for this a few times and finally got it.

Five star service! Absolutely no complaints at all. The lads were very professional, polite and work very fast. Got the Job done in a day which is brilliant. Thank yo
