Was looking for a solar panel company to supply and fit a 32 panel array with at least 15kwh battery backup. Sent 3 enquiries to this company but as nobody bothered coming back to me AT ALL have gone elsewhere. If they can't be bothered answering sales enquiries I doubt they'd be very good with support issues later!
Just a solar panel and battery storage system fitted. And have had fantastic service from Helen and the installation team Inc the electrician. Kept updated through out the process and any questions raised were answered promptly. Only had running for a day but already seeing my smart meter showing smaller amounts of energy used. Definitely recommend this company Many thanks to all the Cym Sol team
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience with Cymru Solar for my solar and battery installation was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Sam and Helen were fantastic. They provided all the information I needed without any pressure or hard sell tactics, which made me feel confident in my decision to choose them for the job. One of the key factors for me when selecting a company was their reputation and accreditation, and Cymru Solar exceeded my expectations. They are not only highly regarded with great reviews, but they are also registered with all the relevant trade bodies, giving me peace of mind throughout the process. Despite encountering a minor hiccup with connecting the inverter to my home WiFi, Sam and Helen's professionalism shone through. They were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even contacting support multiple times on my behalf until everything was sorted. I cannot speak highly enough of Cymru Solar. If you're in the market for solar or battery installation, look no further. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them the top choice. Don't hesitate to contact Cymru Solar – you won't be disappointed. Thanks once again! Jordan
Helen and the team were amazing. Communication was great and questions were answered instantly. I got numerous quotes and theirs was the best in both price and spec of equipment. From signing the contract the system was installed in 8 days. Alot quicker than I expected. The installation was done to a high standard and looks neat and tidy. For anyone looking for a solar power system; I would not hesitate to recommend Cymru Solar.
I have just had panels installed and I have to say very impressed from start to finish. The team turned up on time and communicated throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend cymru solar. Thank you Helen and the team.
Helen was very responsive, and the solar installed very quickly, to a high standard and at a very competitive price. I’m over the moon that I’m mostly using my own electricity and even exporting to the grid. From the point of view of CO2/global warming but also financially its just great! Helen sent through the certificates immediately on completion, and I forwarded them to Octopus, so all set up within a day of receiving the certificates that Octopus needed. Cym Sol highly recommended!
Helen has been helpful and professional throughout our solar panel and battery installation. We had a few niggles and she spent loads of time making sure the problems were resolved. I would recommend them over all big national companies, with one of those we waited 9+ months for it to still not have a start date and be waiting on a refund for an unknown period. Cymru solar were able to arrange installation within weeks and provide a similar high quality system for the same price.
