DFS Solar (Dual Fuel Solutions)

Starting from the fact that they have damaged my property in multiple occasions, and seeing the quality of the installation, I can only say that I regret choosing them. I hate how my system turned out and I am ashamed of showing it to my friends and family because it looks like done by first-timers. I see these beautiful and professional installation on various forums and I look at mine and I feel like am an idiot, I don't even know where to start describing the defects I found. They promised me a fast installation and told me they had the batteries in stock last April, ready for my installation in August (which was postponed multiple times), then it took 6 more months to get them. Trust me, there is surely better out there, keep looking. Good - Fast - Cheap Pick 2.

I highly recommend Dual Fuel Solutions to install solar power systems. Our experience is that the company is technically authoritative and experienced, communicative, responsive, reliable and adept in tailoring solutions to our specific needs and situation. The DFS installation duo were professional, including being reliable, resourceful, and tidy. There are many solar providers out there; some are cowboys - some may give you a cheaper price than DFS; but beware. Thanks DFS.

After getting many quotes for a few local companies and nationals I decided to go with DFS, their quote was competitive, and they had good reviews. The work has now been completed and I am very pleased with the results, the team were patient whilst I made amendments to the order and Chris did a neat job fitting all the wiring and equipment under my stairs, I would highly recommend DFS.

My experience with DFS Solar was exceptional, from the quote to installation all completed within 7 working days, thanks to Marian, Brad, Jordan in the office and Rich and Joe who installed the system, they absolutely knew their stuff, you couldn’t fault their work, lovely competent guys, a pleasure to have them install the system.

From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Representative knew what was what, and kept in contact with us every step the the way. DFS Solar are an amazing company. Would give them six stars if I could. If you are looking to get solar, this is the right company.

Had a 4kw solar install and had to Wait 6+ months after for the 7.5kw batteries. Told by Kate multiple times they would be here just before install.. then allegedly a month later then 3 then 4 months later. In the end had to accept different batteries with not so great charge cycles. Lies n more lies. 3.6kw Inverter I was recommended isn't even suitable to be as much off grid as possible. Bear in mind a cooker full pelt will use about 5-7 kw. Enquired about a bigger inverter no calls back. Called again 3 weeks later n answer was 'no we dont come that far just for that at the min! Great price at the time but after sales/service and honesty poor.

Very pleased with the outcome, I was apprehensive at first about installing solar panels due to the price. Dual Solutions offered me a price which was very competitive with other companies, so I went with them, there installation team where very professional I would definitely recommend Dual Solutions to fit solar panels.
