Great team that installed my new central heating system! Kept my home clean and tidy at all times, communication was very good! Highly recommended 😊

I was a bit worried about the new boiler and radiators being fitted in my house was certain there was going to be a lot of mess but I was so wrong. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, even when my carpets were put back they didn’t look as though they had been disturbed at all. Thank you to the three guys for your hard work also to the electrician and builder it is really appreciated. Highly recommend them all .

Had new radiators and boiler fitted this week. The workmanship is excellent. . The lads Finn and Cameron did a cracking job. Worked non stop and cleared away after themselves. Very polite, and pleasant. E Plan and parents should be very proud of these 2 lads. Can't praise them or the job enough. 😊👍👍👍

Lovely friendly guys, efficient and hard working. Full central heating system fitted in a day. They kept any mess to a minimum cleaning/hoovering as they went along. Cannot fault these guys. Thank you for the hard work and understanding of a cluttered family home lol. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

The team (Ben,Jordan and Joe) who carried out the installation in my home, as well as Charlotte, whom I spoke with many times over the phone, were extremely helpful and professional. The installation went smoothly and without any problems. I really appreciate their support and excellent communication.

E-PLAN ENERGY - where do I start with this Company - and the new boiler and central heating system they've installed over the last two days? From the beginning - and a phone call from CHARLOTTE explaining that our system was to be replaced; friendly, attentive and professional she explained the process and booked dates there and then for the Asbestos check, the Technical Survey and the installation - all of which would take place over the next 10 days. The Asbestos check happened two days before schedule - thoroughly carried out by a professional and friendly young man who unfortunately I didn't get the name of; a few days later Simon arrived to do the Tech Survey - again friendly, professional and so patient answering our questions about re-siting some of the new radiators. Then on Monday 18 May another call from Charlotte asking if we would like the work done sooner, as she'd received a cancellation - of course we said yes - and yesterday 19 May our new system was installed. Simon had said he'd send a great Team - and he certainly did; at 0700 there was a van outside our house; by 0715 there were 2 vans outside - and bang on 0730 there were 3 Engineers on the doorstep - RYAN, FINN AND CAM; and for the next eight hours those 3 worked non-stop. Their teamwork was seamless - each had their own area of responsibility and they just got straight on with the job. Protecting our floors and surfaces first - and then the rest of the work was carried out with great care, due diligence, professional competence and good humour. They were so very respectful of our property, even ensured the safety of our grumpy and feisty indoor cat; nothing was too much trouble, and any issues that arose were dealt with by careful and knowledgeable problem solving; it has to be said that getting the new boiler and the pipe work into the small and cramped boiler cupboard was a challenge in itself - but it is the neatest job and so well done - we appreciate how tricky this part of the process was! With the work done, they took time and care to ensure every bit of dust and debris was cleared away and the whole bungalow was hoovered and clean; all rubbish was neatly packed on the front of the house for a later collection. Their work was superb and they are a great asset to the Company for sure. Just as they were leaving, as CHARLOTTE had explained, the Quality Inspector arrived to sign off the work - 2 of them in fact; the sign-off was done and they confirmed that a builder would call on 20 May to cover the outside gas pipe, an Electrician would call to install the new thermostat, and the rubbish would be collected. Sure enough, these operatives arrived today - again all 3 were friendly, keen to get the work done, and displayed professional knowledge and competence which in turn gave us confidence that the whole job had been done, and done well. It isn't always a case of 'get the job done' that leaves a lasting impression with customers - it is more a case of 'HOW the job is done'. Without exception, from start to finish, every single member of staff that we have spoken to and/or dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, competent, dedicated to good practice, friendly and kind - and at every stage they have considered us and our home environment. We are delighted with the work that's been done, the manner in which it has been carried out, and with the individual and collective skills and talents that have provided us with the new system.
