Eco ESS

Received a delivery of a large battery/inverter cabinet and unfortunately there was a paint blemish on the door. Took a photo and reported the incident. No fuss, the door was replaced and installed in a week. Excellent customer service, wish other companies followed this example.

It is one of those rare moments in this modern world where a salesman sells you a product and the company in a completely honest way . When looking to upgrade our home energy storage system I came across Darren at Eco-ess. From the very first contact he inspired confidence and exhibited excellent product knowledge. He arranged to double our home battery storage at a very competitive price ( using top quality branded products). The installation was carried out 18 months ago and has worked exactly as expected, cutting our energy costs significantly. Everything was fine until a few days before Christmas when the system failed. It was then that I recalled my initial discussions with Darren who had told that the company was “ in it for the long haul “ and that in the future any problems would be dealt with . Well absolutely true to his word he arranged for a top flight engineer to attend site and look at the problem. Going above and beyond Will Eccles resolved what turned out to be problems with two pieces of hardware and everything is back to normal. So I would like to 100% recommend Darren and all the team at Eco-ess to anyone thinking about installing home energy solutions . Thanks again

Fitted a fair amount of change over switches , gateways, etc but have to say very happy with ECO ESS and there new an improved ATS Simple to install plenty of working space, seamless switching to EPS power, and brilliant after sales support well done Darren , Andre and everyone at ECO ESS

From the beginning of the process, research and lots of questions, to the very end, final installation and commissioning, ECO-ESS were professional, informative, kind and respectful. They responded quickly and efficiently when needed and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested and wanting either a home back up or solar integrated system. We had battery back up with Solis inverters and Raystech batteries installed at our home by Eco-Ess. Andrey was very personally committed to getting the right solution set up at a time that worked for us. I have a lot of confidence in his commitment and professionalism.

EcoESS have been brilliant. Firstly, they offer a fabulous bit of kit (Automatic Changeover Switch) at a reasonable price, but more impressively, their customer service has been second to none. We got a local electrician to fit it. In hindsight, we should have got EcoESS to fit it, but our electrician was on-site for other work, so he tried his best to fit it. Initially it didn't work as advertised, through no fault of the kit. More because of settings on the inverter, but EcoESS really shone for all the help they provided to troubleshoot the issue with the electrician and myself. The end result is a satisfied customer ! Thank you EcoESS (Darren, Jason And a 3rd Unknown EcoESS warrior, whose name I didn't catch).

I had a Solarfast (Wickes) solar panel and Duracell battery and inverter system installed very recently, which went well, however being an inexperienced end user I hadn’t appreciated that the system would not work in a grid power cut. ECO/ESS to the rescue ! - with their automatic whole house switch which can be aftermarket added to allow solar and batteries to continue in a cut. ECO-ESS negotiated on my behalf the worry of warranties and Solarfast were professional and helpful to agree as to whom was responsible for what. The system switch was Installed in half a day with limited outage. ECO-ESS arranged the fitter who was polite tidy and helpful. Chris of Bespoke Solutions NE Ltd. A local Electrian to you would no doubt be commissioned for your area if you wanted. I received Napit registration documents and a new schematic the next day. This was my good experience of the Installation and need and I hope it is helpful to others
