Aftercare, spoke to Carley today 18th June 26 after speaking with Chris on Tuesday regarding my Solis inverter which keeps thowing out error codes and not working. I was assured Ryan (Director) would be in touch to rectify with superb aftercare which is comforting to know and which ive experienced in the past. So at present im without a working solar system. Eco Renewables has far exceeded themselves in thae past. Not only is my solar array awesome but the aftercare and after sales is exceptional. I had the solar array installed last year. Since then pigeons decided to move in a few months ago. Kept waking me up, making a mess amd generally became a nuisance. One call to Carly at the office and within a few days Lee, (the original installer,) came with his team bang on time. Lee and the lads are such consumate professionals, and in no time had the anti pigeon system installed. Not affecting my warranty or and nasty holes drilled. It actually compliments the system. Also in the year ive had my system ive found their support with the app and adjusting settings etc is only ever a phone call away.. Thank you Eco team Col.

I had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed at my home by Eco Renewables Group. It was quite a complex job, as I wanted my existing batteries removed and a new Tesla system installed (including two expansion packs), along with integration for solar energy storage to charge electric vehicles. My long-term goal is to live sustainably without relying on grid power during the day. Despite a few hurdles during the installation, the director, Chris, kept me well informed throughout and worked hard to resolve any issues. Special thanks to Bailey, who completed all the electrical work last week, to a high standard. I’ve had a couple of issues with my Zappi charging point since the new power wall was installed but Chris has assured me that it’s an easy fix and that this will be addressed next week. There are no other firms in my area offering a true one-stop solution for solar, battery storage, and EV charging, so a big thank you to Chris and his team for travelling across country and getting everything sorted for us. The difference it has made to my energy bills in the first week alone has been nothing short of amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends.

We used Eco Renewables for a large solar and battery install. Sales was good, the solar panel installers were good but it all went downhill with the electrician and after sales service. One of our Tesla batteries had the glass chipped and one of the switch covers damaged, the EV charger didn't have the LED lighting connected, and the wiring into the garage was left messy. One of our batteries didn't work - this was a Tesla fail but we had to chase and chase to get them back to replace it so was left with an unusable system for over a week. When the electrician came back they couldn't have been less bothered and seemed miffed to have to return. End result is we now have a working system which is great but would not use them again due to the above.

Made such a confusing should I do this into an amazingly convenient experience, went for 11kw ish system with 2 battery’s karley at the office was always keeping me up to date and every time I had a question she responded within minutes to reassure me , on the day of install really professional and efficient , I love how it all looks and how they hid all the cables , I’ve had numerous people ask me about my set up I would always go be to eco

Very good experience.. thorough survey; prompt install of solar panels and battery the same week. Really pleased with the work and professionalism of the installers. Completed in an afternoon. Happy customer - would recommend.

I had solar PV with Tesla Powerwall3 installed by Eco Renewables Group and I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the very first enquiry to completion, you often hear horror stories about Solar PV and battery storage installers, which can make you a bit apprehensive to proceed. However, Eco Renewables Group has been fantastic from day one. They patiently answered all my questions, and the teams that came to install and commission the system were absolutely brilliant. They completed the installation neatly and professionally. Even after commissioning the system, their customer service was outstanding—they promptly answered calls, addressed any questions, and replied to emails. They’ve been absolutely brilliant. I would strongly recommend them!

Just had an PV and battery Installation done by Eco and it was perfect from start to finish from initial booking and quote by David all the way to the hand over documentation from Laura. Mike the electricians work is super tidy and Brad the roofer planned out and laid the 18 panels on 2 roofs. Had a little issue with the Meter and CT clamp not registering and this was identified by Ryan one of the bosses and Mike came back out and replaced it. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future to add another battery.
