James came to our home and discussed with us what we wanted, he then made some suggestions about extra panels and placement of the battery which no other company we had quotes from had. In fact 2 very big companies didn’t come to our house to survey. He was very honest and gave us a rough idea of cost before he sent the most comprehensive pack and quote we had received. There was no sales pressure at all. Installation was quick, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The scaffolding was up and down very promptly. James installed the app on my iPad and showed us how to use it. The MCS certification was received on completion. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

We have just had solar panels fitted on our house. We had 3 quotes but by far the most impressive was James and Eco Switch. On our first meeting James made several assurances about price, deposit, communication and time scales. All of this was delivered in a seamless and stress free manner. Nothing was enough trouble for James and his team. Following installation he has continued to communicate with us to ensure we are happy. Can not recommend more highly.

Overall, we were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. We knew nothing about solar systems, but James was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Our initial conversation on the phone gave us some initial insight which James followed up by email. He then spent a couple of hours with us at our property taking us through the whole process and how and where the system would be installed. This was followed up with a written quotation. There was never any pressure to purchase. Once we had agreed to go-ahead James managed the required approval from the Grid to install our system and kept us fully updated until it was received. We agreed an installation date, and everything went to plan and on time, from the scaffolding being erected to the installation being completed. The MCS certification was provided on the day of completion along with the required Grid information and James helped us apply for our Export with Octopus. All the workmen that James used were professional, polite and courteous. The work was clean and tidy. We have had no issues with the system since installation over 5 weeks ago and the couple of queries that we have had since were very quickly answered. We would not hesitate to recommend Eco Switch Improvements.

James and the Eco Switch team are the company to go for if you're looking for solar battery installation. We initially had a quote from another company and had James in for a second quote. He identified that the equipment specified by the other company wasn't suitable for us due to our usage patterns, so James recommended an upgraded inverter for us. Despite this, to my surprise, Eco Switch's quote was actually cheaper for a better system. His subject knowledge and attention to detail are second to none.
