Excellent experience from start to finish. The team were professional, tidy, and clearly take pride in their work. Special thanks to Matt, who went the extra mile — he explained everything clearly, communicated the daily plan, and kept me updated throughout. Early performance is already exceeding the design expectations, with strong COP figures in real-world use so far. Very happy with the heat pump installation and would highly recommend them.
Paul has serviced our boiler for many years now. He always calls to arrange a convenient time, and also on the day. He is very friendly and I would highly recommend EcoFuture.
Very happy with our heat pump installation. It was quite a large one, with slightly complex pipework, but the workmanship was excellent and all the guys very pleasant to deal with. We’re still getting the hang of the settings, but so far so good!
