I wanted to wait until my installation was fully completed and all of the paperwork had been received before leaving a review. The finished installation itself is excellent. The workmanship is neat, and I’m very pleased with the Sigenergy battery and Aiko panels. The system has performed brilliantly from day one and is generating more electricity than I’d expected. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience fell well short of the standard of the installation. The project was affected by missed appointments, installation delays and missing parts, which pushed the installation back further than originally planned. Throughout the process, communication was poor and updates were rarely provided proactively. It was often necessary to chase repeatedly for responses, paperwork and progress updates, and on more than one occasion it became necessary to involve the company owner before anything moved forward. Even after the installation was complete, I had to repeatedly chase for the MCS certificate, commissioning documents and other paperwork needed for my export registration. I was initially told everything had been completed, only to discover from the DNO and HIES that they were still waiting for information from the installer. The paperwork was eventually provided, but only after further follow-up. I appreciate that when individuals within the company became involved, matters were resolved quickly, which suggests the technical capability is there. However, the administration, communication and aftercare need significant improvement. I’m happy with the system I’ve ended up with, but the journey to get there was far more stressful than it should have been. With better communication, proactive updates and paperwork completed promptly, this would have been a five-star experience.

i rang around to get quotes for a property i was going to move into about december 2025 time. after alot of companies edanpower came up top. i was speaking with a guy called ronny said to me that he would beat any quote i had and he did. i went with 16 475w aiko panels 6kw sigenergy inverter and 18kw sigenergy batteries. i mentioned to him the fact that i did not own the property yet and that i didt want to pay anything untill i was moved in. after speaking with his manager he agreed a 0% deposit and nothing to pay until the install was complete. any questions i had ronny helped me out as best as he could. so far everything i have had installed is working great. BUT. my only issues where edanpower are based in Birmingham and i am in eastbourne. when i was ready for the installation i had a call telling me about the install what photos i would need to send and dates i would need to be at the property. i had to take time off work in order to be at the property this was a massive issue as both the scaffolding company was delayed and so was the installation for both electrician and the roofers. i ended up wasting my 2 days off and the day of the install i was not available and had to have a family member round to sit in for me. i also had to help the delivery driver unload (brilliant guy) into my garden where the equipment had to be stored for 2 days while waiting for a new installation date. for me the distance for the scaffolders, electricians, delivery driver and roofers to travel was over 4 hours driving. whitch is far too long and i feel edanpower need to find more local trade company's to use. i was told that the delay was due to vehicle issues. that being said i cannot fault the installation and when they arrived the system install both roof side of things and the electricians had everything installed in just under 6 hours. since then i have been in contact with Ronny and asked him how to go about setting up the export payment and what i would need to do next he was very apologetic to me about the issues that had happend after whtch he sent me all the information i needed. all in all brilliant team brilliant price just need more local contractors

I had nothing but a very good experience with this company for my solar panel and battery installation . From the start I was dealing with a sales rep called Ronny who understood my needs and offered me a very competitive pricing so I agreed and after my G99 application I was connected with my installation manager Sharon who was very knowledgeable and helpful and she organised my scaffolding and installation date as per my requirements although there where some issues with scaffolding installation and Solar panels stock issues which was quickly resolved and the installation was carried out as per scheduled . The installer where a team of 2 people who finished the installation quickly and efficiently leaving my system looks very presentable. The performance of the system looks very promising and I can only hope it stays the same . I would highly recommend Eden Power for the solar need . Great little company to do a business with … Happy to leave a positive review for them .

Just had solar panels installed by Edan Power and it has been a good experience from start to finish. A big thanks to Rakesh who I dealt with from day one. He has been outstanding and worthy of recognition. Having said that every other person I have dealt with at the company have been excellent. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I’ve just had my solar system installed by Edanpower and the experience has been outstanding. From the initial consultation through to commissioning, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail. Very good experience with Edanpower. Got 14 solar panels, Tesla Powerwall & expansion with gateway installed. Price was very good and they also price matched. Rakesh was really good and they were the only company to come and visit the property physically. G99 was properly handled. My DNO took really long for the approval and they were very patient. I do think the post install communication can be a bit better but I would still rate them highly. They even supported me nicely with a post-install technical problem from Tesla. Overall a happy customer. 👍👍
