’m extremely disappointed with the service from ESE Solar Panels. I have been paying for maintenance, yet my system has been down for months without any resolution. I was promised that the batteries would be replaced, but this has still not been done. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have tried contacting the company through phone calls, messages, and the help desk, but I have received no response whatsoever. It feels like once they’ve taken your money, customer support becomes nonexistent. This situation is unacceptable, especially for a service that is supposed to provide reliable and sustainable energy. I was told the system comes with a 17-year warranty, yet within just one year, the batteries and inverter have been replaced multiple times, and the same issue still persists. If it were possible, I would give a negative rating for this level of service and behaviour. I would strongly urge others to think twice before committing, as the after-sales support has been extremely poor in my experience.
