This company has carried out an excellent job of installing our Solar Panel & Battery system - efficiently and at an excellent price. The company are very approachable, with a pleasant and friendly service to match. Nothing was a problem for them. I would especially like to thank the installation team of :- Electricians; Sam, Harry & Alfie. Roofers; Chris and Lee. After approaching a large number of suppliers I found that Flowing Energy were the only people not to put obstacles in our way, or force their opinion on us. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After promising that scaffold would be taken down on three different occasions, we are still waiting for it to happen. One of the main reasons we went with Flowing Energy was the fact that they have an in-house scaffold team and they were adamant that we'd only have to wait a few days to check that everything was working and then it would be dismantled. Absolutely no issues at all with the install. It's great - all works well - team arrived when they said they would and explained what they were doing. No problems at all on that front. We delayed paying until there was a confirmed date for scaffold to come down. Day came. No team. We got a phone call to say they would be there over the weekend. No team. We went away on holiday and came back to find the scaffold still there. Called to enquire why and was told it had been marked as job complete. They apologised and said it would be down first thing next day. Guess what? Ended up taking another two days. Down now - review upgraded to two stars rather than one...

We are very pleased with the panel’s and Tesla battery system we had installed, the team were very good, all did a great job and Chris in particular made sure the whole thing was up and running properly with the my energy and Tesla App etc. overall a great job, well done and now we are reaping the benefits of the new system.

We have just had my solar panels fitted and I can say Flowing Energy Solutions provided a first class service from start to finish. The survey was simple and very professional with a price quoted there and then. No pressure no follow ups and once I agreed to go ahead the work was programmed in and undertaken within 3 weeks. As all their teams are "in house" it worked like clockwork and the actual fitting only took 1 day with a few hours to spare. Scaffolding, Roofing and Electrical ultra proffesional. The company provided excellent service up until the point I paid the final payment, especially the work of the installation team was very impressive and satisfying. However, this company required a final payment before the scaffolding was removed, and my nightmare began the moment I made the payment. The appointment to remove the scaffolding was postponed three times without any notice, which ruined my three weekends, and the gutter frame that was broken during the scaffolding work has been left unattended for over a month since they promised to fix it. To top it all off, I have not received any replies to my emails since the deposit. so, I can recommend this excellent installation team but hope to warn you not to complete your payment until everything is completed. [Update] within 1 week from I uploaded this review, this company fixed the damaged gutter frame. So I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
