I had giant solar round to remove my solar panels from my roof so I can have my roof fixed after I was mis-sold panels back in 2014 and the company went bust. The guys have been great Ray talked me through all my options and what I had I to do in order to take off the panels . The communication with giant solar was great . They kept me informed of progress and let me know when scaffolding and such was going to arrive. And worked efficiently and quickly to remove and recycle my panels. Great care was taken to remove panels . And they cleaned up too. Thankyou so much guys it is a great relief to have the panels off so I can finally get my roof repaired. Called in Giant Solar after being messed around by another company. They checked out the situation, gave me a quote and talked me through everything that was going to happen and managed to meet my timeframe (which was a rush as I brought them in part-way through a roof replacement). I can't fault the guys. They did everything I asked them to, for a fair price, and were very understanding of my situation. Will definitely be going back for any additional work I need/want doing as other companies wouldn't even talk to me when I first outlined my requirements.

Would highly recommend them. We had a lot of quotes but chose Giant Solar as they offered best value for money with a good equipment specification. Very impressed with the service, Ray (there design consultant) visited our home and he was extremely helpful, explaining what they could offer but also listened to our concerns. We received a fixed quote which we felt was personalised and reflected what we wanted with seven panels on the roof, battery and inverter. As the battery and inverter were going in our house we wanted that part of the installation to be as neat as possible, which they achieved. All done in a little over two days, the installers were a great team and tidy. Love the app that came with our Hanchu battery and inverter, very easy to understand.
