UPDATE2 (November 2023): After using Nick & GHW for our rental property, we had a couple of problems with the installation. They use sub-contractors and the co-ordination with them was poor. What's more, Nick was on holiday for the process. I was left to project manage the process while trying to get answers from his staff for whom English was a 2nd language. In the end, we got there though. Despite those issues we asked Nick for an estimate for solar on our property. He came out and looked at it. He promised an estimate in a couple of weeks. It has been more than two months. I have chased him up on the phone. He promised we would have it that Friday. That was two weeks ago, I have sent an email to followup the follow-up and still nothing. At this point I do not consider their services reliable and am no longer interested in using them. In fact, I have concerns if there are issues with the rental property whether they would respond to servicing that installation. UPDATE: After a nice follow-up email, we decided to give Nick another go. He arrived on time. More importantly he saw past what we asked for to what we really needed. We have decided to go with Green Heat Wales for solar and heat pump at our rental property. Keep your eyes posted for further updates on our experience with them Original post:They scheduled an appointment to give an estimate. They did not call to confirm. So I called them on the day to confirm. They said that it was scheduled. I then arranged for my husband to meet me at the property. Despite my efforts, they were a no-show.

This is the third time I have used green heat Wales, twice for emergency and this time a bathroom conversion and I'm very pleased I did, from the time it took to do the job (on-time) and the professional advice I was given, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended. Roger

Installer provides a high quality level of installation whether that be be renewable products or boiler installations. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. would recommend.

Excellent service from Marie, Nick and the team. My heat pump (ASHP) installation was quite the journey through planning application, design, minor works, installation and commissioning. Altogether this process took almost 4 months, though the vast majority of this time was waiting for planning approval. The pump itself works great and is currently (mid summer) almost free to operate due to solar panels and battery storage. Altogether a great company and a pleasure to do business with.

I had an underfloor heating done in my house and am very pleased with the service provided. The boys were friendly, professional and the job was done within a given timeframe. Communication between me and Marie in the office was great also. Highly recommend👍🏻

Had some radiators installed, they arrived on time and got to it straight away, everyone there was amazing and friendly. The office staff communication was great letting me know when the engineers were on there away and and following up the to the date they kept me updated. 110% would recommend to anyone looking for general plumbing to solar and heat pumps

Amazing service Ben and his partner were very professional and efficient also very clean and tidy … very pleasant and polite nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend.
