Craig was amazing! After a terrible and lengthy experience with another fitting company Craig responded quickly and had me booked in for my unit to be fitted within a couple of days of it being delivered to me. Even though I was at work he made sure I have photographs of all the information I would need to set the unit up with the Hive app. He even gave some great aftercare when my app didn't appear to be working (all sorted now) I would highly recommend (and already have) Craig to anyone who is wanting an EV charger fitted. We had Craig install an EV charger at our home. The route to the circuit board was difficult and required lifting floors etc Nothing was a problem for him and you wouldn’t know he had been when he was finished. Great quote and brilliant job all round.
