The installation team was excellent, very friendly and completed a day earlier than planned, despite the trickiest install location they'd ever seen. I'm very happy with the new heating system. However, communication up to that point was terrible (no response by email, I raised a complaint with Greenscape and Ovo, neither handled well). I have zero confidence in their ability to respond to email queries. If they'd only respond and actually follow their own complaints and resolution process this might have been 4 stars or more. MCS certificate was over 2 weeks late (I had to ask for it) and over a month on, no other documents (like warranty etc) made available.

The Sales team were excellent as were the installation team who were very courteous keeping us informed on their install progress etc when on site. The Installers made a very neat and tidy job and I have now been using the system for 2 weeks and it all works as it should and is simple and intuitive to use. The one issue I could mention which stopped me giving a 5 star review is the pre and post install processes where I think they can improve on telling the customer what to expect and when to expect it. The back office processes obviously work well but they need to improve on "Keeping The Customer Informed".

Greenscape dealt with my Solar and Air Source Heat pump installation at a very busy time for them. Very happy with the experience and outcomes. - relaxed and clear survey and quote process. - professional installation crews - customer experience focus - quick fault resolution - no hidden charges - easy to contact - high levels of Integrity Good value for money I was particularly impressed with remote fault fixing (air block on ASHP).

From start to finish we were informed about everything. Scaffolders were on time and very efficient with little interference to us. The electrician and panel fitters were also on time and explained what they were doing as they progressed and were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Everything finished in a day, unfortunately battery that we want was not available at time of installation. We are expecting this within a month. No hesitation in recommending this company and installers.

Have had a heat pump system from Greenscape up and running a few weeks. Contrary to my expectation I don’t have to think about the system at all now it is set up, which is perfect. The heating actually works better than before as the radiators are now balanced. I previously had solar panels from them and that was a good experience too. Put them together and yesterday I worked from home all of a sunny spring day and for a 4 bed house took only 0.2kWh from the grid, which is miniscule. Greenscape made the job very understandable and inspired confidence from the start. They handled all the planning and grants and followed through with a smooth and tidy installation.

Greenscape did a very good job installing solar panels a couple of years ago, and last year approached us with an offer of a heat pump system. After a survey we decided to go ahead - it's all installed now and working very nicely. Greenscape were overall very good, responsive and flexible. They came to do a follow-up survey and found some snags in the original plan, which they quickly modified. The installation itself was carried out by Cam and his team; they were very professional, producing very neat pipework, making sure we knew what was going on, cleaning up thoroughly, and liaising with Greenscape and Adia to resolve a couple of minor problems with the pump and the wireless comms. All in all, a very good job, and I recommend Greenscape.

Very helpful, expert and efficient. They won a contract from Central Bedfordshire Council to support domestic PV installations at a competitive price so I used them to expand an existing Solar PV system including adding battery storage, to install domestic air-conditioning and soon to double the battery system (having added the A/C and also having an EV car). Their after sales support has been excellent at all times.
