Grid Neutral

Excellent at all stages. Great advice, no pressure. They know what they are talking about and the execution was perfect - on time, very polite, great communication. We had our 15 year old system updated and extended.

Buying solar panels can sometimes feel like the Wild West - financially insecure suppliers, suppliers lacking expertise, suppliers charging excessively, etc. In stark contrast, Grid Neutral displayed openness, honesty, expertise, flexibility, professionalism, commitment and customer focus when it installed solar panels and batteries at our village hall. We couldn't have asked for more.

Super happy with our solar and battery install and the energy savings we’ve had since. Would definitely recommend.

I’d highly recommend Grid Neutral to anyone thinking about solar panels. The team are genuinely passionate about renewable energy and always happy to explain things clearly and nothing’s too much trouble. I’ve seen how committed they are to honest advice and quality work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to point people their way. Keep up the great work!

Grid neutral were recommended by a friend. We wanted an in-roof system rather than on-roof, mainly to save weight but also for aesthetic reasons. Grid neutral gave a very reasonable quote, coordinated very well with a main contractor and roofer they'd not worked with before, and kept us informed throughout. Their work is excellent. The electrics are incredibly neat and tidy and we are delighted with everything they have done

We had a 3KW installation by Grid Neutral earlier this month, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They fitted the work around the roofing work we were carrying out, explained everything brilliantly, completed the job very swiftly and were extremely careful around the house. When we had an initial software issue with the battery they resolved it immediately - and at the weekend too. The best people we've ever had doing work in our home.

Grid neutral have been consummate professionals since the start of the project. My installation was tricky due to my requirements, but they delivered the install which was very neat and worked as expected. It was not all plain sailing, but they managed to jump every hurdle the install threw up for them. I had obviously had other quotes, some more expensive and some cheaper, but I like to do my homework before I commit to a large outlay and the other companies could not or would not answer questions that I threw at them on the spot. Grid Neutral were not only able to answer tricky question but they also delivered on all that was discussed and agreed. Would I recommend them? Without a doubt, I have subsequently recommended them to people I know.
