Had our panels fitted with the Tesla Batteries, has massively reduced our bills, we went over to AirCon/Heating units ready for panels & now rarely need to use our Central Heating Best move we have made, Chris & Tracy Palmer Northants

I would highly recommend this electrical company. I had an issue with my EV and solar storage batteries. When I put my EV on charge it would drain my storage batteries. This company knew the exact issue? and how to resolve it?. Nick from Helios and his team of electrical engineers came as advised on the day and fixed the issue and I am extremely happy customer. I cannot recommend this company high enough. Thanks again Helios for a exceptional service!!!

I wasn't sure exactly what I needed for my solar set up with but I was given several options to look at by Nick. After some fine tuning a decision was made and I was booked in much quicker than expected. The scaffolding was up within a few days and then Matt and Jordan arrived to fit the system. They were both really friendly and very knowledgeable so it was a pleasure to have them around for a few days. The installation was fantastic, everything very tidy and I am extremely happy with my panels and battery. Helios gave me excellent service from start to finish and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. The whole team work really well together to provide excellent customer service.

Promising friendly start with a site visit but I ended up chasing them and they constantly replied we will get back with quote over and over again. Very poor communication and basic business etiquette, just feel messed about by a company that's not really interested in my work, but that's fine just have decency to say that and not keep me drifting. We have now agreed our solar and battery installation with Octopus
