Recently had a second battery fitted. The process was seamless with less than 10 days from my initial enquiry to completion. All staff personable and presentable, site left clean, all wprking at departure. Could not rate higjly enough.

We recently had to have a charging point fitted at work and the experience from start to finish was great. We needed a quick turn around and this was facilitated with no fuss. Charlie, my first point of contact was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. While Nathan, our fitter, was efficient and tidy. Couldn't recommend more :)

Insight Energy installed an EV charger at my home and they were really good excellent at all stages of the project. Communication was perfect with their MD, Kristian, before and after the install. He is a very proactive business minded person, which is great. The team that did the installation was very friendly and did exactly what I wanted, with a very neat result (no visible cable from outside). They did a very professional job and I will use them again in the future.
