We were recommended to commission Install Solar Panels by a friends who show us the installation they did for him. It was a good recommendation. They were swift, kept the dates that they promised and cleared up after themselves. And now in this glorious sunshine we are exporting to the grid. I'm happy to recommend them.

After obtaining several quotations, we chose Install Solar Panels Ltd to install our solar PV and battery storage system, and I can honestly say it was an excellent decision. Our installation comprises 12 AIKO 530W panels, a Sigenergy hybrid inverter and 18kWh of battery storage. From the initial survey through to commissioning, the team were knowledgeable, professional and took real pride in their work. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The installation was neat, well thought out and completed to a very high standard. The electricians clearly cared about doing the job properly rather than simply getting it finished. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly and the documentation provided afterwards was comprehensive, including the MCS certificate, electrical certification, building regulations notification and all the commissioning paperwork. Where Install Solar really stood out was their customer service. We encountered complications with a third-party EV charger installation that were entirely outside Install Solar's control. Rather than simply walking away, they went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, carrying out additional work and ensuring the installation was future-proof for our forthcoming electric vehicle. That level of support is increasingly rare. The whole team have been courteous, reliable and genuinely customer focused from start to finish. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Install Solar Panels Ltd to anyone considering solar panels, battery storage or future EV charging. It has been refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises and clearly takes pride in both its workmanship and its customer service. What a great experience! Despite all my worries and reservations about having solar panels fitted, this team did an absolutely superb job. From the very start, they have been friendly, informative, helpful and efficient; and despite receiving other quotes, this company offered the most efficient equipment AND the best price.

This was a small job - required repositioning of an existing solar inverter board into a new location for better loft access. The team have been great from start to finish (cracked on with the job on a bank holiday weekend btw!) - no fuss at all, and didn't take as long as expected. The quote I felt was also reasonable. I will be in touch again in the future that's for sure. Thanks guys!

FIRST CLASS TEAM....for reroof and solar panels I initially got in touch with Ali for a quote for removing and reinstalling existing solar panels as it was time for a re-roof. The thought of juggling two lots of workmen to coincide was daunting, so when Ali happened to mention they did reroofing too I was interested. He soon provided me with 2 quotes, done via satellite... One for the solar panel work only and the other that included the full reroof. On checking reviews, I noticed that they were only for solar installations. I mentioned this to Ali, who then soon provided photos of previous work, in varying degrees of completion. This I found very reassuring, and after some consideration, I accepted the quote. Dave, the installation manager, soon called round for an inspection. I asked if they also did soffits, fascias and guttering, which then entailed an adjusted quote, which I was happy with and felt the complete work was VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. No deposit was required and I was told, payment on a satisfactory completion. Sandra, in the office was prompt with setting a February date and Dave kept in touch with delivery dates for the scaffolding and skip, even late on a Saturday afternoon. The weather was generally kind during the work and the guys worked like Trojans, particularly on the one day of heavy showers. Their work was EXEMPLARY with their timing, their work ethic and tidying up as they went along. I would NOT HESITATE to RECOMMEND this company for your roof or solar needs.
