I cannot recommend INYO based on my experience. Multiple snags took far too long to resolve because of various layers of subcontracting and a lack of project manager ever being 'on site', with us having to resolve a leak ourselves. Reimbursement of some outstanding money also took far too long.
Job ran over schedule, but otherwise went perfectly; we had a leak in the system, but Inyo sent a plumber immediately to find and fix it (at 8pm). We've now had our ASHP installed and running for 4 months with no issues, just plenty of hot water when required, and a nice cosy home.
We contacted Inyo after our original installer let us down when our heating failed. Matt and Steve have been fantastic in helping us source the fault and fixing it in the middle of winter. Very much appreciated and we will be using them as our preferred company from now on. I recommend them to anyone with a heat pump.
