Let’s Go Solar installer our panels and set up last month. We did a lot of research before choosing, trying to stick with local, established and independent companies and the variety between them in price and service was shocking - there was definitely some dishonest practicing going on! We chose Let’s Go Solar for their honesty and transparency; they weren’t pushy for a fast sale, and they clearly explained our options for the suggested set up and their rationale for their recommendations. The installation and communication was great, and when we want to expand our set up in a few years we will absolutely use Let’s Go Solar again - 100% recommended.

Update May 2026: Having moved to a new house earlier this year, I once again sought out Let's Go Solar for an installation. As before Imran was very helpful in sharing the latest options, and worked with me to optimise the system for our new house layout. With other renovation on going, they were also tremendously flexible in working with me on the instal timing which was very much appreciated. Imran and Kamal have both been great from start to finish. At the start it was good to explore options if location, and mix of panels/battery/inverter etc, all done in an open and transparent way. Once we had agreed the scope and sorted out the date it all went to plan. I have been impressed with the personal touch and would highly recommend for a good local Cambridge solar installer. Now all we need is plenty of sun! 😎

When I decided that I wanted solar panels, I did quite a lot of research and received over half a dozen quotes, they varied a lot in price and in equipment specified. most where online quotes with no actual site visit. Imran from Lets Go Solar did visit and without any pushy salesmanship explained in detail the best system for us, which was solar panels only ,no battery. His subsequent quote was very reasonable. After a wait for DNO approval, the day for installation came, it was completed in a day by Adam, who carried out the task with methodical efficiency and left no mess at all. The guarantee you get from Lets Go Solar is in most cases is better that others quoted, and it includes a 5 year maintenance plan, no deposit requested, payment is only due when the system is up and running and all the needed documentation and certificates presented. I cannot recommend Lets Go Solar enough. John

Imran did an amazing job throughout the whole process. He helped me choose the correct solar panels, the inverter and battery for my needs. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me in detail to make sure that I was happy with the setup. The installation itself went very well too. The electricians and the roofers were very professional and did an amazing job. I am very happy with Imran and all the contractors who worked with him and I would definitely recommend Let's Go Solar.
