Had solar and battery install. Great information on initial enquiry through to quote, far more confident I was getting what I asked for compared to quotes received from large firm installers. Install was when they said, very efficient, VERY neat cabling and a tidy job done. Scaffolding was up 1 day before and down the day after completion. Great service form everybody I dealt with (good customer service is hard to find these days). I cannot recommend Lumisol enough.

These guys were recommended by my electrician when we wanted solar and a battery installed in our home. From first contact to install they were professional and timely. Tom conducted a site visit and spent a long time surveying and talking through options, we have a slightly unusual house footprint with many different elevations at different heights, so wasn’t a standard install. We got sent options on a quote with energy savings projections and decided on our preferred choice. A few weeks later we had 17 panels and a battery, inverter etc installed. Scaffolding was arranged by Lumisol to tie in with the install. The team spent two days working tirelessly in stupid heat to complete. Staying til gone 7pm the final day commissioning and talking me through the apps etc. I highly recommend them for any works due to their service, price and the ongoing support they offer once the work is complete.

After contacting Lumisol and two others for a quote on a EV charger, one couldn't visit for a month, the other said he would get back to me but he didn't, Thomas came out and talked us through what we needed in a very pleasant manner, received a quote same day and accepted it. Got fitted on one of the hottest days ever, no moaning from the two excellent young men who came to fit it,Thomas, you should be very proud of your business and staff, especially the two young men who fitted it, I would and will recommend Lumisol to anyone, an excellent business with workers to be proud of, many thanks.

Excellent service received! From the very first phone call to arrange a survey and quote to the installation and invoice after. Tom and the team were friendly, professional and happy to offer advice on the best solution for us. Everything they promised to do they did quickly and efficiently. Amazing service!
