Contacted Manchester Renewables for advice on extending our current solar battery set up and an issue with charging our electric cars. Jordan responded promptly to our emails and said he would call to check the issues in person. Obviously very knowledgeable about all aspects of solar panels and batteries. Resolved our issue very quickly and advised us to just monitor our usage before extending our battery capacity, no sales pressure at all.
Both Jordan (MD) and Adam( installer) are men who know their trade well, clearly very experienced. Both are polite, professional and knowledgeable; they even sorted out a problem left by another installer. I can recommend them to your home. I only rated 5* because 6* was not available. Revd. We have had a great experience with Manchester Renewables. The most important aspect was the price, for the kit we got we were really happy. We 2 other quotes for similar kit, one from our tentacled electric supplier that was 40% dearer and one from another local supplier that was 20% dearer. The Install went well and the lads were really friendly, as were the lads who did the scaffolding. We were really impressed with Jordan who was our contact, his focus was on getting the right set up for us and not on the money which gave us great confidence. We had a few hiccup with the battery registration and App but these were sorted quickly.
By far the best in the town. I reserached a lot and contacted many national and local companies before deciding to go with Jordan and his team. Right from the first time when I contacted Manchester Renewables, my confidence in them kept on grewing. Initial contact from Laura was very informative then quotation from Jordan was very competitive. I just could not have asked anything more. His team especially Mark worked for 2 days in the blistering heat. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. They even put an extra solar panel on and did not charge me for that ( believe me thats true) whereas other companies including some big names were fighting me for pennies). Jordan and the team did a fantastic job on our install. They clearly care about the quality of their work, all the wiring was extremely neatly routed based on our preferences and all the electrical components e.g. second consumer unit were from good quality brands. All the paperwork was processed very promptly, enabling us to get paid for our exports as soon as possible.
