I first contacted Next Generation Solar with a suspected inverter fault. They first worked with me to avoid an actual call out. When that was not possible they explained what they were doing and set up the software that let me monitor the inverter going forward. Very satisfied with their assistance

First class service from first enquiry to installation. Installation was to budget and timescale. Solar output is as forecast. Have not included a battery as NGS advised that it would be possible to take advantage of low electricity supplier tarrifs during specific time periods and avoid the expense of a battery. As a result significant savings are being made.
