After getting several quotes from local solar companies, I chose Nightingale Energy, and it was absolutely the right decision. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly and always responded to my messages incredibly quickly. His communication and expertise gave me complete confidence from the very beginning. Installation day exceeded all my expectations. They installed my entire system—22 AIKO 480W solar panels, a Fox ESS 8kW hybrid inverter and two 11.52kWh batteries—in under five hours, including erecting and removing the scaffolding on the same day. I honestly couldn’t believe how efficiently they worked without compromising on quality. The workmanship is first class, they left everything clean and tidy, took the time to show me how to use the Fox ESS app, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the whole team. I would like to share our experience with our recent solar and battery installation from Nightingale Energy. From our very first conversation, Daniel was fantastic. We had Nightingale Energy install our solar panels, battery storage, and inverter on 5th of June and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. From the initial survey right through to commissioning, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The installation itself was completed neatly and efficiently - the team took real care with the work, tidied up thoroughly afterwards, and took the time to walk us through how everything operates. Exceptional service all round, Craig and the team have the highest of customer service focus from initial design and quotation through to install, the install team were amazing completing a 14 panel in roof system with 20kwh battery storage in the day leaving our home as they found it, great to see tradesmen who care, keep up the great work guys 👌
