North East Solar Ltd

Great work by the team to install solar panels plus battery over a couple of days. All the work was done to a high standard and has made a massive difference to my energy bills !

We had a recommendation from 2 of our neighbours who had solar arrays and batteries fitted by North East Solar so our expectations were high. Without doubt from the first contact to the completed job they exceeded all our expectations. Very professional specification, planning and documentation. They offered us a range of options, but recommended the cheapest as we could build on the system in the future if required. One of their technical crew came round (at the specified time) and answered all our queries and addressed any concerns we had. The DNO documentation took some time to arrive, but once attained, they came within 3 weeks and fitted the system. The fitters and technicians could not have been nicer, very professional, courteous and extremely tidy. They tested everything thoroughly and spent some time going through the app with us to help us optimise its effectiveness and savings. Post installation support was good with guarantees for the installed equipment arriving within days. We’re just waiting for the DNO sign off and then we can start generating revenue from the excellent system we had installed from North East Solar. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Andrew and the team at North East Solar. The whole process from start to finish was professional, straightforward, and well organised. Andrew provided excellent advice throughout and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation team were fantastic hardworking, friendly, and very tidy. They completed the work to a high standard and left everything clean afterwards. Since having the solar panels installed, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in my energy costs, with my electricity bills now being close to nothing on sunny days. I would highly recommend North East Solar to anyone considering solar panels. Choosing a local company made all the difference, and the service was excellent from beginning to end.

I can not rate Callum and the team at north east solar enough. They installed a 9kw system with battery for me. Right from the start the customer service was great and always happy to help, no question was too much. Installation was smooth and the team worked clean turned up as planned and no delays. Even 1 year on I had the need of there services over an issue and the response was fantastic and quick. Issue was resolved and dealt with in less than 3 days even with the bank holiday in there. Supper friendly and more than happy to help. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended if you are looking to get solar panels

Got my install sorted a week ago, really friendly guys. No issues (so far) but even then they’ve been efficient with checking in and making sure things are working. Even sorted some broken tiles on the roof for me

The team provided great service start to finish. I contacted them regarding a system they didn't install that had developed a fault they were able to diagnose the fault over the phone and book the repairs in for the next week. The repair was very fast replacing the faulty inverter . Although the new item was a different size the install was very professional and neet. They also checked my set up to ensure it was safe and met the correct rules (did need a new fuse) Overall a great service couldn't ask for more

Really good quality install from a lovely group of guys. I had multiple quotes before going with North East Solar and in most of them I felt like I was just talking to a salesman and I knew more than they did which was very worrying. That was not the case when Callum came to quote and the lads who came on site clearly have years of experience and take pride in their work.
