Olive Air responded so quickly to my enquiry and came out the following day to fix the fault. Josh was extremely helpful and reassuring.

From initial enquiry through to installation, I have found the guys and girls at Olive Air to be thoroughly professional, yet personable. Josh came along to measure up and advise on what would best suit me - my office and bedroom being south facing and therefore unbearable during the heatwaves - and Joanna soon followed up with an estimate and installation date. Tom, Evan and Craig (the electrician), did the install, arriving at 9am on the dot and completing by 3pm. Working in temperatures of near 30 degrees, they never stopped working, no disappearing to talk on their mobiles or constant cigarette breaks. On completion they cleaned up, leaving the place as they found it, whilst also talking me step-by-step through the details of how to use the air con. That night, in temperatures of 18 degrees, I slept the best I have done for a long, long time - as did the cats - and woke up feeling fully refreshed. Air con is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and Olive Air made the experience a whole lot better.

Requested a multi‑room air‑to‑air system and provided detailed requirements, including preferred brands, efficiency needs, noise levels, and installation challenges. After a full site survey, I expected tailored recommendations. Instead, I received a generic list of entry‑level systems with no explanation, no alternatives, and no reference to anything discussed during the survey. The quote felt copy‑pasted, lacked professional guidance, and didn’t address any of my specific questions. Communication came across as “take it or leave it,” and I was even directed to Instagram instead of receiving expert advice. And as one of the reviews before I did receive email with very long lists of parts numbers and price on the end without any explanation. Very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for complex installations.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a Mitsubishi unit installed in the bedroom. What looked like a tricky job having to access through the loft, was handled with no problem at all. Very professional and courteous throughout

Excellent customer service from the first call to the office and onwards. Reasonable call out charge, diagnosed problem with air to water heat exchange unit , then ordered parts and fixed within good time. Engineers friendly and took any views we had into consideration. No hesitation to use them again and again, we are shortly getting them to put in some air-conditioners

Very impressed with the responsiveness and commitment of the Olive Air team to investigate and fix a faulty air source heat pump. Would recommend.
